Ingredients
4 tbsps salted butter, melted
. 1 cup graham cracker crurnbs
Filling:
• 3 tsp freshly grated lemon zest
• 6 large egg yolks
• 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk
• 1 % cup freshly squeezed lernon juice
Topping:
. % cup powdered sugar
“‘2 cup cold heavy cream
Directions
1. preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
2 In a bowl, add the graham cracker crurnbs and butter. Using a spocn, mix the ingredients.
3_ Put the graham cracker crumbs in the bottom of an 1 lx7 baking pan. Press it well to make the crust_
4_ Put the crust in the oven for IO minutes. Remove the crust from the oven and let it cool_
Filling:
1 _ In a clean bowl, add egg yolks and freshly grated lemon zest. use an electric mixer to mix the
ingredients well. Add the sweetened condensed milk and lemon freshly squeezed lemon juice,
continue using the electric mixer.
2 Pour the filling evenly overthe crust. Put it in the oven for a quarter of an hour. Cover it and put it in
the fridge for three hours_
Topping:
1 _ In a bowl. add heavy cream and powdered sugar. Using an electric mixer, mix the ingredients well.
2 Spread the topping on the cake evenly.
You can sprinkle a little grated lemon zest and add lernon slices as a decoration for Creamy Lemon Bars.
