Today we will embark on a culinary journey to create a delightful dessert that’s been highly sought after
on my Instagram — the ever-delectable Banana Pudding Cake.
This extraordinary dessert pairs the nostalgia of classic banana pudding with the comforting goodness
of cake. So, without further ado, leis get started on this easy-to-follow recipe.
First things first, the mntercream Frosting:
Ingredients:
1 lb (or 4 sticks) of unsalted butter
4 cups of confectioners’ sugar
• 1 tablespoon of milk
2 tablespoons of clear vanilla extract (Regular vanilla extract works too!)
Steps:
1. Whip the unsalted butter until it achieves a creamy texture.
2. Gradually introduce the confectioners’ sugar, mixing it manually to prevent a powdery mess.

3. Once all lumps are smoothed out and the sugar is well-integrated, add the milk and vanilla extract.
4- Whip the mixture for about five minutes until it becomes smooth. Voila, your buttercream frosting is
ready!
Now, lefs shift gears to the Cake Mix:
Ingredients:
• 1 box of vanilla cake mix
• 1 box of vanilla pudding mix
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup of vegetable oil
1 cup of water

While your cake layers are baking, let’s prep the Banana Fillüw:

• 2 large spoonfuls of whipped topping
Steps:
1. Combine the banana pudding mix and milk in a bowl.
2 Whip until it achieves a thick consistency, typically taking about two minutes.
3. Add the whipped topping and blend until ifs well combined.
Now that all the connponents are ready, ifs time for the fun part — the Assembly:
1. Start with a layer of cake and pipe a border of buttercream frosting around the edges.
2 Fill the center with the banana pudding filling. Opticnally, you can add slices of banana for an extra
burst of flavor.
3. Repeat the steps for the remaining layers, and then cover the entire cake with a thin layer of
buttercream frosting for a crumb coat.
4. Chill the cake for about 30 minutes to an hour.
5. After the chill, apply the final coat of icing.
To finish, create your ow•n signature style! I love crushing vanilla wafers and sticking them on the sides of
the cake for a fun twist- On top, I pipe some decorative swirls with the leftover buttercream, sprinkle
more crushed wafers, and drizzle a generous amount of sweetened condensed milk for a divine finish.
