• 2 tablespoons (17g) cornstarch
• Nonpareils, jimmies or colored sarWng sugar for decoratng (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325T (165tC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

2 In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat the softened butter on medium-high speed
until lightened in color and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Scrape down the sides as needed.
3. Add the vanilla extract, salt, and powdered Beat on high speed unti creamy, about 2 minutes.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and comstarch.
