4 medium potatoes

neither too thick nor too thin and them in a microwave-safe tray.
2. Add the olive oil, 2 tablespoons of water, and a pinch of salt. Stir well and cover the tray with plastic
wrap or a special lid.

4. Set the oven to preheat to 180 degrees, and meanwhile, take the potatoes out of the microwave and
place them in a baking dish.
